Bamboo Silk/Tencel/Viscose

PROCESS:

These rugs need to be rotated every 3 months to avoid fading, and wear and tear.

Suction vacuuming needs to be done on these rugs in one direction only and not back and forth.

Spot cleaning is never to be done since liquids can damage these rugs.

Rubbing stains can cause them to settle in more deeply.

Professional dry cleaning is recommended.

Use of a rug pad is recommended.

For viscose rugs, they should be placed in a low-traffic area, and their loose ends trimmed with scissors instead of pulling.
