Shipping

The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after the payment of the carpet is received. You will be notified once your order has been shipped. Email us at customercare@villedomo.com or call Us: +91 9289622866 if you don’t receive your order within 10 business days.

*Please note: This is applicable only for non-custom orders

International Shipping:

For carpets in stock, it will take 2-3 weeks after payment is received.

For a custom order, Villedomo team will assist you with delivery time depending on size, quality of the rug.

Returns

All orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of shipping.

Carpets are carefully inspected prior to shipment, and request you to check your order upon receipt.

If a defect is discovered, please contact our Customer Care team at +91 9289622866 or customercare@villedomo.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Our office timings are 10:00 am – 6:30 pm from Monday to Saturday. (Excluding National Holidays)

Returns are only valid upon manufacturing defect.

All returns must be requested within 4 days of receiving the order to receive refund or replacement.
